i log in the game and i cant play because tell me the game : already user are online( with my account)

i reset the password now but the same problem are happen now after i reset password!!!

Greetings. Apparently your character didn't logout probably, due to being kicked off the game. That problem is client sided, you'll need to wait for the next reboot. Good luck!
