Hey Folks, can anybody help me?

 

I am in Rustboro at the Quest where u gotta find the 3 boys but just can't find the third after searching for half and hour..

would really appreciate some help and sorry if it's in the wrong Topic.

You have to beat the gym leader Roxanne, he is on the route just after Rustboro
