Arceon Posted June 18, 2016 Share Posted June 18, 2016 I haven't gotten that far in Hoenn(actually I just beat the fourth gym), but if I recall correctly, isn't there something you need to do in the desert? Like pick up a fossil or something or another? Have you done that? That might be what you are missing.
