What have you already tried to solve the problem? Description and Message Why does Gardevoir can't learn moonblast while leveling up in pro ? It can in official version and it is one of the rare fairy move :c Because it doesn't have its 6th generation movepool at the time being. Only the first 200 Pokemon (listed as in Dex) are built upon 6th generation. Will be implemented eventually. Be patient. Enjoy your game!
