can anyone help me i stuck at road 16 stop house guard, he said the road under construction. Is there any quest that i miss? i already have 4 badges,sliph co and poke flute

it almost a day i still cannot pass the guard and no help from the help chat and forum

You can only enter route 16 when you have Soul badge and Bike or Mount.
