Hi! It was between test on the server. And when i'm arrived at the pokecenter i get stuk by passing the door

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I've being throught several attemp to reconnect. But it won t work. I don't know how to solve this. please guide me to the right topic if i'm wrong.
