Have you tried adjusting your resolution a little bit to see if you can find one that looks good on your phone?

 

Also, I can't view that picture. It is way to small for me to see anything on it might less how the textures look, mind trying to upload a different picture? Also from the little that I could see from that picture, it looks like your resolution is just a bit off, but it could also just be a GUI scale problem. Try messing with that a little bit and see if it helps.
