Hi all, here is the story. I caught a cubchoo with 100+ IV and went to talk to the Old Lady Boss. The first time she gave me a cubchoo hat. And then I went to pc to replace my cubchoo with lv100 poke to beat the boss. I put on cubchoo hat and talked to her. And she asked for the cubchoo again. So I went back pc and brought cubchoo with me. She gave me the SECOND hat. And finally I beat her with cubchoo and other five lv100 pokes.

 

BTW: my other item remains the same, probably not the item duplicate bug issue.
