Is there a way to go back to the moon after beating deoxys?

After defeat Hoenn E4 talk with Professor Birch and go to Mossdeep Space Center.

Is there a way to go back to the moon after beating deoxys?

 

Like [ref]Jesusml[/ref] stated, there's a second room in Mossdeep Space Center which will be unlocked by talking to Prof. Birch once you've beaten Hoenn's E4.

However, travelling to the moon will still require you to pay 15k each time.
