Hi i would like to have an assistance cause my account couldnt connect to the server

ive been trying to connect to the server for like 4-5 hours now and all i get is "User already logged in".

I have tried different solutions like resetting my network,restarting pc,logging in with my alt account but the problem

still persist.

 

the IGN of the said account is Piffty.

 

hoping to get a quick response.

Actually the server is up for like 4-5 hours now and is under heavy load.

I have encountered the problem when the server crashed earlier and they restarted it.

Sorry - this bug is a recurring issue. Unfortunately you won't be able to access your account until the server is rebooted. We are looking for a solution to this problem

aight il just wait for the next reboot.

I'm with this problem for hours , I can not play , the system says that I am already logged in, even trying on different devices . Help me please.
