Hoverboots Posted June 22, 2016 Share Posted June 22, 2016 Hi Guys, just wanted to report that my Pokemon (Jolteon) is [glow=red]not[/glow] able to learn Volt Switch and out of my experience and Pokewiki pages it should definately be! Blitza is german for Jolteon and Voltwechsel is german for Volt Switch. Barney Posted June 22, 2016 Share Posted June 22, 2016 Everything is fine with the tutor. Jolteon can learn volt switch via tm but not via move tutor. In the handhelds its the same as in here.
