just wanted to report that my Pokemon (Jolteon) is [glow=red]not[/glow] able to learn Volt Switch and out of my experience and Pokewiki pages it should definately be!

Blitza is german for Jolteon and Voltwechsel is german for Volt Switch. (The List are all the TM's & HM's Jolteon can learn)

Everything is fine with the tutor.

 

Jolteon can learn volt switch via tm but not via move tutor. In the handhelds its the same as in here.
