Balanced stall team

Hello everyone! I'm currently progressing through Kanto but I've already been thinking of the team I want to have in the near future. I mostly played the first 3 gens, but moved to this mmo so that I could get to know and experience pvp from gen 3 onward.

My plan is to play a stall team, but not a heavy stall team. I wish to bring balance to the team with 2 sweepers, 1 physical and 1 special. I would like to ask you what you think of it so far, and would totally appreciate any help and advise on any changes that should be made.

This is what I've got so far

Gliscor, Jolly

Item: Toxic orb / Leftovers (in case orbs aren't still implemented by then)

My last 2 were Pangoro and Shuckle. I'm only here for a week, not sure if it is possible to get him (Pangoro) and shuckle... welll... i like making things viable but this might be a little bit of a stretch. As you may have noticed, it's quite the beefy team + 2 sweepers, hence the balanced.
