After beat E4, I want to go Moon again

but in Sky pilar in loose Rayquaza, and when I back these, It gone T . T

How ling I have to wait to rematch it for go Moon?

after beating elite 4 go talk to proffesor and the way to go back to the moon is in mosedeep city in floor 2 in that tower house

You can re-enter moon via mossdeep space center 2f.
