bug at entrance to first cave system ,entered pokemon centre, healed pokemon, left centre and went to tunnel entrance to enter, i think because of lag i was able to go to old man by entrance and initiate chat . was then teleported into montain/cave system but unable to move as chat had begun but cound not be finished.
