Hi pro team! I got a question for you. In order to get informed for pokemon stats etc i check ''pokemondb.net'' . There i say that a Stoutland pokemon with adamant nature and 252 ev on attack reach 350 attack. I have this one and i got 325 attack instead of 346-347. Whats wrong

It's because you only have 28 IVs in attack, if you had 31 IVs, which is the maximum you'd probably have 350 attack.
