As a fan of Pokémon and Chansey's antics (especially the one with Team Rocket's Meowth) in an episode from the Indigo League series, i'd like to suggest/propose an item, even if only for nostalgia's sake. Maybe it could boost healing moves, or even only Double-Slap, used by Chansey/Blissey. The item is, as you could guess from the title of this topic, the infamous Nursing Hat that Chansey wears in the animated series!
