I caught 4 Nincada 2 or 3 days ago and I turned one Nincada into Shedinja. My Shedinja was just on my PC along with the other 3 Nincada/Ninjask but It's gone from my PC.

Greetings. Staff can't refund any lost Pokemon (regardless the way they were lost), as it would literally open the box of Pandora.

You might have been hit a crash/reboot with a following rollback, or you deleted it by accident. Or you just don't see it. Nevertheless, we can't help.
