so let me get this straight i just beat gingery jones after finally getting 2400 discoveries and got a sail fossil pretty happy right? wrong he told me to go to the historical site to revive the fossil and it seems you need another 7800 discoveries to even revive the thing thats horrible why is it so high? its 2400 to fight the guy and get lucky enough to get the fossil after all that time and now we have to spend like another 2 months to basicly triple our discoveries just to revive it and possibly be super disapointed that it will more than likely turn out bad anywas? 7800 is way to much it should be the same as the gingery jones boss thats just my opinion

You can revive them at Cinnabar without any points.

true but you can revive them with this machine and actually encounter the pokemon to get a chance to sync the pokemons nature
