Sorry, would have sent a PM to Matzeus but PM's aren't available to me yet and didn't know where else to post this. Riolu on the spawn guide says it can be found in the Safari Mountain Zone (Johto) however the Pokedex says Granite Cave. I've been to the Safari Mountain Zone and it isn't there so I can only assume it is in Granite Cave.

Riolu has been moved to Hoenn's Safari. It's not obtainable at Granite Cave anymore.
