What have you done before the problem was there?

I went AFK to take care of my baby and I was automatically logged out. I have been unable to log back in.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried password reset and reload program.

You'll be kicked from the game, if you're longer away than 7 minutes.

 

You hit a latent, invisible queue most likely. It's like the normal queue, you can't see the playercount of the queue though.

Nevertheless, you'll login eventually. Just remain patient and wait.
