Doom Desire (Physical or Special Attack)?

I was wondering if Jirachi's Doom Desire being Physical Attack in PRO permanent or will it change to Special Attack in the future??

I really love that move of Jirachi so I'm not sure now if I should sync it with adamant/jolly or modest/timid. :Frown:
