Stuck at map loading

[Hakunon]

I have a friend whose IGN is Shiromon, on Blue Sever, and he is having map loading problems: Everytime he tries to switch maps it never loads the map so he is forced to relog everytime. This didn't happened before the game was implemented this feature.

 

We've tried to do everything possible to fix this problem, including switching ips, dns, reinstalling the game, deactivating firewall and antivirus, rebooting the router and pc, but nothing helped.

 

Could you guys help us see the solution to this? My friend is getting downhearted because of this and it'll be pretty sad for me if he stops playing :confused:
