What have you done before the problem was there?

I was playing and had to leave for 10 minutes, then left the game open and I was disconnected for being afk. Then when I came back, I log in and the game did not work right (I could not go up or down stairs or find Pokemon). So I closed the game, and after that the game did not open more. Simply closes one second after I open.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to download the game again and run as administrator because not found anywhere on the internet how to solve my problem.

Did you try using the other client, (dependent on the one you're using), as there's 32-bit and 64-bit clients for Windows.

Yeah, my windows is 32 bits, and i'm using the PRO 32 bits.
