asked people on the live IRC chat & in game help chat

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

asked the people what to do. make it faint to get lower happiness and raise it again.

so my riolu was lvl 97 and i used rc on it with full happiness at day time and it didn't evolve. so i asked the help chat and some1 told me it just needed to fight to evolve but didnt work either. so im stuck here at 98 riolu and dunno what to do with it :/

Had the exact same problem before with Riolu. It needs to be from 7:00 - 18:00 to evolve. If it's too early in the morning or too late in the evening it doesn't evolve for some reason. Also, it doesn't need to level up since it's with full happiness.
