The first time I open and use the game it's completely fine. However, if the game crashes or I logout, the game will open up the login menu, but when I try to hop on the Blue server, it just gets stuck at the map load screen. Any tips?

Greetings, the client needs some times to load maps, especially if there's a large amount of players being online at the same time.

However, you just need to wait.

 

The game will run fluently once the client finished loading. It's only a matter of time.
