What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing. He had played for about 30min then the porblem started.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

he had try to play it on a different computer, install Hotspot Shield but it didn't work.

Dont use hotspot shield ~ it changes your IP and I think thats against the rules.

Its most likely a client side issue ~ So it may be his internet or the client, tell him to reinstall his client and make sure he's playing on an optimal connection, Good luck :Angel:
