Description and Message

I have not played for a few months, and after logging back in with the most current version of the game, my mount and costumes are completely gone. I would like to get them back or at least a refund for those items.

I can see you have all your purchased items on red server, not blue(these are different servers, with different data).

Ah I see that now. I forgot items are not shared between servers. Thank you for your assistance.
