Serversoftware and extension in community contribution

As one of a vast amount of fans, I love your game and consider it a milestone of pokemon games and far more fascinating (and being of a far longer lifespan) than Pokemon Go and comparable offshoots.

 

However, I was not able to hold back this (sometimes considered offensive) question, although the answer might displease me:

There are only a few games, that wrote kind of history because of a unbelievable long lifespan and variety in content.

I speak of games like Minecraft, Arma, maybe also Counterstrike.

An essential reason for their long-term success is the possiblity for players and fans, to realize own projects on these bases.

 

I also consider PRO to be a possible base. A few friends and I agree in the idea, that constructing own server, to realice own stories or even creative new gamemodes in the world of Pokèmon would be a rare and amazing chance.

 

Since you work hard on updates for both, game and content, I hope you do not misunderstand this suggestion as any kind of criticism against game or servers, because there is no way that would be reasonable.

I just think, that many more people besides my friends and me would love and highly appreciate the possiblity to create and register own PRO-serverprojects (under your full control), maybe even with a nice little editor-tool, these people (including me) would certainly be joyful to buy.

 

There are quite a few problems and steps, that need to be taken, some connected to https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=22823.

But since it is not that difficult to keep fanmade servers under control, I'd say possible benefits excel the possible problems by far.

 

I guess a likely answer would be: "We are busy enpugh with the game and our servers".

I respect and appreciate that, since without your work we would've never been able to enjoy your creation.

But I would highly appreciate answers in the direction

1. We considered it before, but it is not possible/we absolutly refuse that.

2. We haven't considered it yet and we do not have the time to consider it right now.

3. We haven't considered it and we have no interest in considering it in the future.

4. There will be a time, this innovation might be considered, but right now and for a long amount of time we will keep our full focus on the game and our servers.

5. We are considering it and going into detail in near future.

tl;dr

The chance to realize and present/register (to you) own serverprojects on the base of PRO (comparable to Minecraft, Arma & Co.) would be freaking awesome. What do you think about it?

Any chance, the answer is not "Hell no!" or "perhaps under certain circumstances we might consider it (~ "Hell no!")?
