But when I dropped to 33 or 459, it couldn't load anymore. I have restarted my pro for many times and I have waited for 3 hours but I still can't log in. Can you tell me what is that problem and the solution? Thank you so much! The issue could be related to your connection dropping during the queue time, making it stop at the moment of the drop of the connection (and since the queue time is long enough, if you don't have a stable enough connection, could be the issue that prevents you from completing the queue). Also during the next attempts have you experienced ghost queues (where you don't see the number of the people in queue, but you still are in queue) ? Or the queue number just stopped drecreasing?
