The issue could be related to your personal connection that dropped for an instant causing the disconnect from the game, or the server in which you are playing could have crashed, you can check the status of the server you're playing in here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/. As for the long queue time, unluckily there is nothing that can be done, consider that it's the period of the year in which people usually have the most free time to spend on PRO ^^ only solution is to have patience :p
