"You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person" as stated in the rules :) so if you used a different email address then there is no problem :) if you happen to have used the same email address, still there shouldn't be any issue if you don't play on the third account you created :) Let me know which case that is.

I think I created the character in game but logged out once I got in town. Just saying

Sure, but don't be upset or spam appeals please. It'll be the first time I've ever banned an account because of user request. This'll be fun!
