Hello , first I am Brazilian and I am translating this message , if something wrong excuse me . I wonder if it is possible to reset my account. Was recording a video to youtube , I created my character and I took my first pokemon . At the end of the recording I lost the file and want to restart the video from the beginning again. I hope you understand and a hug !

Sorry there is no way to reset your data. You can create 2 accounts per email so you can make another account to play through the game with. I suggest you only doing what you had done with your main account and then continuing with your main account as normal. That way you get the footage and you get to continue on your main account.
