Whitesunrise Posted July 16, 2016 Share Posted July 16, 2016 you cant start the game in johto or hoenn, you can reach johto by beating kanto elite 4 and you can reach hoenn by beating johto elite 4 and getting a lev 80 rattata, showing it to boss youngster joey and beating him to get to hoenn.
