What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing. It's happening since I've downloaded the game .

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Redownload the game.

Start the client as administrator.

Tried to wait (noKappa).

 

Description and Message

I am fine with long queues on servers. I would wait without problem ,but I cannot even wait . The queue after a few moments freeze (position + timer doesnt work) and I have to restart client (client is not freezed - I can click on Options (e.g.) .

I've TRIED to wait the remaining time +- (which is on screen when it freezed).

 

I've got NO problem to login when there is no queue.

It's happening on both servers (not just on Blue) .

Have you checked the stability of your internet connection? If you're seeing the position you're in during queue, then that means you're not in a ghost queue. The estimated time is always wrong, don't look at that number, but if the position that you are in queue doesn't decrease even after a while then that could mean your internet connection dropped for a second and you got basically "kicked out" of the queue :(

Is the "position" number always the same? or does it drop once in a while? because technically if no one logs out from the server that number could stay the same for few minutes

It's always the same.

Yep definitively not for one hour :P actually I'm in a ghost queue since an hour and still haven't logged in :O maybe it's a server sided issue, i'll restart the queue until I see the position number going down or standing still

Anyway , I am not expecting any solution there on forum for my problem because it seems like no one else's got the same problem (according to threads on forum) :)) .

I am having the same issue I think. I log in, wait the time, and when its my que nothing happens.
