A config file for the game options should be inside of the game folder itself, rather than being hidden in the windows registry. Currently all of those options are hidden inside the registry but making people dig into their registry when they need to manually change or fix something (like their resolution) is probably a really bad idea.

 

Another option, which is commonly used for a lot of programs, is to store the options in the AppData folder.

Something like: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PROTeam\
