i misstake delete pokemon . it is nosepass nature calm abitily magnet full . u can rollback pls :(

i don't have screenshot but i think my ot and def 30 spdef 29 hp 28 or def spdef hp >= 28 u can find it :( pls

I don't think anything can be done if you do not provide the ID of the pokemon released.

The ID of the Pokemon is usually displayed by the system when you release it.(Colored in Green)

"System: Your Nosepass (ID: xxxxxxx) has been released"

Since you were not able to provide the SS of the ID, I'm afraid nothing can be done. :(
