i entered the saffron city arena and the game is blocked on the loading screen. I restarted the game 5 times and i restarted my pc but nothing happened ,the loading screen is still there . :( please help me

Hi, first of all I would recommend checking your Internet connection as I have noticed my game tends to stall on Loading Map screens when my Internet is less stable.

 

Secondly, the best solution to this is usually just to wait patiently for the map to finish loading. Sometimes the game can pause at the Loading Map screen for a while if many users are all online and the server bandwidth is being exceeded. Wait for a bit and the client/map should finish loading, allowing you to continue playing.
