Fenne Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 Make sure to update your video drivers and redownload the latest version of DX9 (if have Windows 10, still download as you only have DX12 on your system.) Try deleting all game files and extracting into a new game folder with 7zip instead, you may have better luck. Let me know what happens.
