Unistall and reinstall many times . Repair the zip document . and make a Sfx document

Make sure to update your video drivers and redownload the latest version of DX9 (if have Windows 10, still download as you only have DX12 on your system.)

 

If that doesn't work, try forcing DX9. https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14688

This looks very much like an extraction issue. Are you using WinRar to unzip? Try deleting all game files and extracting into a new game folder with 7zip instead, you may have better luck. Let me know what happens.

7zip says:"data folder not found

There should be 'PRO64_95_42_Data'

folder next to the executable"
