If you take a look at Greninja's learnset on Bulbapedia, you'll see that it cannot learn Dark Pulse via move tutor. It must learn Dark Pulse via TM, which unfortunately isn't available in PRO at the moment. You'll have to wait till the TM is implemented. Sorry about the inconvenience! Topic moved to proper place.
