Hi, as per the FAQ here:

If you are a new user without posts, then you might lack the ability to post external links. Once you do several posts, the limitation will be gone.

Once you've made a few more posts, you should be able to post links. If you need a few more to bump your count up, you can always welcome other users over in the Player Introductions subforum. :)
