WTB elekid or electabuzz

I am interested in buying elekid or electabuzz. I prefer low level ones. Jolly,naive, or adamant nature. For jolly or naive nature IVs of speed are acceptable above 15 and IVs of attack above 20. For adamant nature the IVs of attack should be above 15 and the IVs of speed above 20. I don't care for the rest IVs. Thank you in advance.
