I'm pretty sure Red already resolved this here is my reference:

 

34121Current e-mail sending ratio is ∞ e-mails per one hour. If you haven't received an email please try again later.

If problem keeps happening for you regardless of how many times you tried then you might want to try with different e-mail provider and let us know on which e-mail it happened.

I experienced the same problem when I use hotmail so my friend tell me to use gmail instead and it work ,for me atleast
