Old man at upper way always ask me to go to school but I lose battle with jackson can I fight him again?

You don't fight him again since you lost the battle. You should be able to leave the city though

if u lose..go to receptionist in 1st room..talk to the lady and she will ask u to find jackson mother...thats all
