Lost Rare Candies?!

The title said it, I've just encountered this issue today and hope you guys can help me look into it. For more details, here are how things happened.

 

I first noticed in Blue, I lost 4 candies. I know the exact number because last night I had a brief look in my bad and they were 12. This morning, I only saw 8 left. I thought that it could have been my mistake the previous night (my eyes got tired looking in the dark, maybe).

 

Then, just a minutes ago, I logged into Yellow and found out all of my candies there were gone (about 4 or 5). I had picked up some along the way as well as digging. I'm pretty sure that there must be a problem because I haven't used any of them in Yellow, and I haven't had the 4th badge either.

 

It wouldn't be my mistake since it happens on both server I play, right? Not to mention that the quantity is somehow the same...

 

I don't know if this had any revelance to the servers' lock this afternoon...?!

 

Btw, my timezone is GMT+7, if that helps to make you understand my said timemark :D

Do you happen to have screenshots or any other sort of evidences of you having 12 rare candies? Cause if there's no evidence provided, we're sorry to tell you that we can't give any refunds.

You know what... I don't want to be impolite but your reply really upsets me. I wrote this post with the thought that our system had a problem, or at least my account had a problem, and sincerely, I did not expect to be refunded right away. I asked a CC about my situation and he told me to post in 'NPC & Scripting Bugs'. And that guy really got me. Now this was moved to General Support, and your reply made me like a greedy player only wanted to get my stuff back.

 

And okay, from the reply I assume that there's nothing you can do about this. Thanks for your work moving my post and replying anyway!
