So earlier I was doing the first gym, wiped the first guy fine, went to Brock. he killed me with his first pokemon, my main had died as it was slower than the geo, should've healed first I admit...Went back and completed, salty coz no juicy high lvl gym xp. Not getting xp boost from gym leaders especialy makes leveling extremely tedious in some situations.

 

 

My suggestion basically entails that if you lose the battle you should still get xp...

 

Way to get around people dying to spam kill first couple pokemon for xp farming would either be:

 

1# Make it so you get the xp at the end of the battle for NPC's.

2# Get xp per faint per usual, flag said pokemon as completed (until reset)
