Demmyale Posted July 26, 2016 Share Posted July 26, 2016 So according to Bulbapedia Kabutops & Drapion should be able to learn aqua tail through tutoring but when i went to go teach them it denied me. I don't know if this is on purpose or not (i assume not) which is why i'm reporting it as a bug.
