Hi, this is a server-side issue that can occur when you've logged out but the game continues to register your account session as active. Unfortunately you will have to wait for the next server reboot in order to log back in again. You can keep up to date on the server status here - it'll tell you whether the server you're playing on is online or offline.

There isn't an ETA on server reboots, unfortunately. However, you can click the link I've provided above (here it is again, just in case) to see how long the server you play on has been online. If you notice that the status is set to offline, or if it's been up for a few hours only, that's usually an indicator that a server reboot is on its way or has already happened recently.

 

In the meantime, be patient and I'm sure you'll be able to play again soon. :)
