You will need to beat Naero BOSS at the cerulean cave B1F in order to gain access to Kanto Daycare Center. Once you do, you'll be able to gain access to daily quests and egg tutors. To have your pokemons daycared, you can do so by having players train your pokes at a price here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=168

Assuming you are new to the game, The daycare on PRO isn't the same as the original games, the only things to do in the daycare is a daily quest after you beat hoenn elite 4 and egg move tutor after you beat a boss so don't worry about it for now.
