First of all, I really enjoy this game. I started not long ago but I already can see all the possibilities and it seems really great! Good job!

 

I was wondering if there is a way to reset a character and, if not, if there is a way to customize further our character in the game?

If you wanna start fresh, you can simply just play on a different server and start from the beginning all over again.

 

If you mean how to customize you character like character creation after you created it, you can buy an item called "Magic Mirror" from the shop or from another player (you can also buy cosmetics from the shop its the bag icon near the local and poke time at the top right side).

No, there is no way to restart on a server. If you switch servers, you can start fresh but you don't take any of your previous server's stuff with you. To change your appearance, there's an item in the coin shop called "Magic Mirror". You can buy that for 50 coins. To access the coin shop, hit the purse icon in the top right while in game.

Theres no way to reset your account. You can either: start on a different server or make new account.

"You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person."

You can further customize your character in game by purchasing an item called Magic Mirror for 50 coins in game, or buy from other players.

You can only buy coins in 100 at a time for $5.

In game, 50 coins is roughly 150k right now.

For more clarification, your stuff on the first server will still be there when u want to go back to it. Going to another server is simply just a different account with less effort.
