I don't have many of these pokes, and some of them DON'T know false swipe yet, but certainly they will learn it before they're traded over.

I also don't mind levelling the Axew's to level 50/60 before trading them over to you at 10k extra cost.(The Axew's learn False Swipe around level 34.)
